Amazing hotel, very close to the temple, very good cleanliness, bedsheets, quilt, bathroom and room, everything was clean, room boy, receptionist, supervisor, everyone was serviceable, food was amazing, I would say to everyone that you must visit once, value for money, full range, WiFi, no difficulty, no problem, homely atmosphere, I have not seen such a hotel anywhere, thank you booking.com

The place was clean and good, beds were very comfy. Restaurant was nice too.

Water was leaking in the bathroom, which was repaired by the staff immediately, AC had problems too but it was also solved on one call.

Great hotel for family stays. Hotel rooms are spacious with big windows. The bathrooms clean The timings for hot water supply in the bathroom is from 4am to 11am . Its location is in the main market with all kinds of shops/restaurants/ATMs/Tour&Travel counters nearby. The bus stand is just on the opposite side. The Sai Temple's gate no. 1 & 5 are at 3 minutes of walking distance. The corridors have beautiful Sai portraits and speakers playing soothing Sai bhajans in very low volume. There is also a small prayer room. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful.

The hotel rooms are very nice, the bathrooms were completely clean, the wifi was in full range, the staff were always ready to serve, along with they gave soap towels for bath and two bottles of water for free, the management is very good, right next to the temple It's close, our journey was very good, the least that happened is that you must experience it once.

The room cleanliness was pathetic. The bedsheets were soiled and had foul smell. Upon making bedsheets chage request, we noticed that the changed bedsheets provided were actually lying on the floor in the hotel lobby. The bathroom taps were unserviceable. Hot water was also not available for all.The room service was not available. The room was covered in dust every where. No telephone, No TV, No toiletries. Ac was also dysfunctional.

I don't like Everything. Rooms are nasty and very bad smell. Bedsheets and towels are not cleaned properly. Also first day AC worked till evening, later it's gone and no one responded. We called reception many times and visited and mentioned the same but no use and no one cares about that issue. We took 2 rooms, same issue for both rooms. Also hot water as well. We got them on first day after that no hot water. Untill we pay the money, it will be showed all are working perfectly. After payment, you will see the real faces and actions. I am surprised why these online portals are recommending these kind of hotels. Online portals should visit these hotels and upload the real pictures instead of graphic photos.

I like the price 1st a fall i came late nyt at 3pm they called me and took care for us that talking to me in nyc way also the check out time extend for 2 hrs it's very much better for us at the end good

We have two AC In room but one is not working that is very much disappointed and tv not workings that's it

-Don't have a proper parking place, they just put all vehicles congested in small space available.-AC doesn't have remote, they kept it on 18 and told to switch it off directly from main switch when one feels it's cold...-There are two toilets though, but both are bakwas and smelly... Bucket had holes, basin sink leaking, comode sit broken and flush doesn't work, mechanism to start shower is very difficult.-It was informed to us that hot water will be available from 5:30 but till 6:30 it wasn't and later it stopped.-They said free toiletries, but we're giving only 2, per toilet, even at first they gave dirty towels.-Location is little far from temple, have to walk for lots of distance.-Fan is noisy, some plugs are not working-Though staff are nice to talk.-In short this place is very overpriced to what they provide.
